Oh my goodness what a wonderful story. I love, love, love Raven Wells. She is creative and innovative and is one female who can take care of herself. When she was nine she was put in an orphanage because the people who were taking care of her died and then Lord Trent shows up to be her savior from the horrible place; but he has his own plans for Raven and she has no idea.
In walks our hero, Sir Phillip Warrick, who is the unwitting pawn of Lord Trent. Neither he nor Raven know what is planned for them and there is a shock waiting them both. They both fall in love and want to be together but will fate allow that to happen or rather Lord Trent??????????
Raven will become the woman she is meant to be and hell hath no fury as a woman scorned so watch out London. I cannot say more without giving away the whole story but please run, and I mean run to your computer and buy Renee's lastest book for .99 cents while it lasts. It will be worth it and when the next installment, Lady Rises, is released believe me I am running as fast as I can to get a copy because I need to know what happens next.
Great Review, Jackie!!
